These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers, bookings, and agreements between Studio S GmbH, Bäderstrasse 19, 5400 Baden, Switzerland (“Studio S”) and its clients.
1. Scope of Services
Studio S operates a Pilates and movement studio and offers classes, memberships, events, and related services.
These Terms apply to all bookings made via the website, booking system, or in person.
2. Registration and Booking
Bookings are made online through the booking system or via channels provided by Studio S.
A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.
Studio S reserves the right to change prices and offers at any time.
4. Memberships, Subscriptions and Class Packages
- Memberships and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
- Class packages are valid for a limited period.
- Unused classes expire after the validity period.
- Refunds or cash payments are excluded unless legally required.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Classes may be cancelled free of charge within the cancellation period stated in the booking system.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Studio S reserves the right to modify cancellation policies.
6. Health and Participation
Participation is at the client’s own risk.
By booking, clients confirm that they are physically fit to participate.
Clients with health concerns are advised to consult a medical professional prior to participation.
7. Liability
Studio S is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Studio S assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Changes to Services
Studio S reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, content, or services at any time.
Such changes do not entitle clients to refunds.
9. Data Protection
The current Privacy Policy of Studio S applies and is available on the website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Baden (AG), Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
